The African Stuttering Research Centre, located in Kigali, Rwanda, is bringing help to people who stutter in Africa. Heading the organization is Dieudonne Nsabimana, a person who stutters. He is working with the Stuttering Foundation of America to translate materials about stuttering to Swahili. His goal is to distribute the booklets in school libraries.

He has also partnered with a graduate program in Speech-Language Pathology in Florida, to provide  Telehealth Treatment for stuttering to individuals in Rwanda, via Skype and email. You can read more about it and even donate to help the cause at their website.
