Are you a parent, grandparent or family member of a child who stutters? Join the club! BC resident and author Kim Block is starting an online parent support group. Meetings will take place monthly from the comfort of your own home. No need to pay for parking or a babysitter! Meet other people and share stories in a safe non-judgemental environment. The purpose of the group is to provide support, share information and process the challenges and successes of raising a child who stutters.
You can join through the Facebook group Parents Stutter Support in Canada. A link will be shared on the group page. Or you can email Kim at info@stutteringadventures.com and she will email the link. All you need to participate in the meetings is a computer and a webcam.
