Keynote speakers at the upcoming ISA conference
National Stuttering Association Conference Announced
The National Stuttering Association has announced its location and dates for the next conference. It will take place July 3-7 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The keynote speakers and workshop information has yet to be announced, but no doubt the conference will feature the same high caliber content as other years.
An update on stuttering and genetic research
Dr. Dennis Drayna, researcher at the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD), has been studying the genetic factor as it relates to stuttering for many years. He has recently updated the stuttering community about his research in an interview with the American Speech and Hearing Association and a podcast interview on Stuttertalk.
