Welcome to Kid's Korner, a space on our website for Kids Who Stutter, 12 years of age and under, to submit artwork, stories, photos, videos, anything they wish! Ask your parents to submit them to Alexandra D'Agostino, the Family and Youth Programming Coordinator. Remember, you are NOT alone with your stutter, and there are many other children across the country who stutter just like you!

There is no speech therapist (SLP) in our community. There was also a lack of resources in our community to help my kids and eventually we had to go privately with an SLP (Anny Dubé) in a nearby city. 
Vancouver Kids Celebrate Stuttering Awareness Day!
Ella and Wynn, who live in Vancouver, BC, celebrated International Stuttering Awareness Day on October 22nd. They watched a video and talked with their class about stuttering and how to be a good friend/ally to people who stutter.
Stuttering Superhero
After reading Kim Block's "Adventure of a Stuttering Superhero" with his SLP, Matthew was inspired to make his own comic. Matthew writes "it is okay if you stutter" and with the help of stuttering superheroes, his characters learn stuttering is not something to be embarrassed about. Matthew is 9 years old and lives in Vancouver, BC.
