Sing To Make You Feel Good! Chante pour te sentir bien!

This workshop, organized by UdeM and the Singwell network, invites you to explore singing together as an activity to have fun and experience your stuttering and vocal capacities differently. We will sing and do vocal games designed for everyone! No musical training required! You will also learn about current scientific projects and initiatives to provide a better understanding of benefits of group singing for well-being and communication capacities of People Who Stutter.

Outcomes

Learn about a new activity (singing) in order to experience vocal capacities differently and modulate self awareness as a Person Who Stutters. Learn about the scientific background and past and ongoing singing initiatives supported by ABC, AJBQ and CSA to help people who stutter discover positive group (singing / vocal) experiences.
