Participants are needed for a research project by the University College London. This study will investigate whether vibration feedback from a phone or smartwatch can help to alleviate the symptoms of stuttering. The study could help us better understand stuttering and contribute to the design of future electronic aids to reduce stuttering.

You are eligible if you are over 18, do not have a pacemaker, and have been diagnosed with stuttering. For those who take part, a time will be arranged at your home or location of your choosing. The study consists of being recorded reading some short passages of text whilst receiving vibratory feedback through a smart-device. This will take approximately 45 minutes.
