Last year, Hannah Seaman was crowned Miss BC in a provincial contest. A young woman of poise and beauty, she is now preparing to compete for the title of Miss World Canada. Hannah, a person who stutters, has been active with the British Columbia Association of People who Stutter (BCAPS) and does public relations for the non-profit organization.
