I found out about this singer from Tom Weidig's blog, The Stuttering Brain. Sanne Hans is the lead singer of the band Miss Montreal (they are not from Montreal, they are from Enschede, the Netherlands). In this interview she gives in front of an audience it is obvious she is a person who stutters. The interview is in Dutch, but many of her songs are in English, check her out on Youtube.
As Tom points out, it is refreshing to see someone stuttering openly, instead of just mentioning that they "used to" stutter. The interviewer does not rush her and the audience is not uncomfortable. Put a shout out on their website and ask them to come to Canada!
