Stuttering and Career in Music will be a conversation between three musicians from two local bands in which the lived experience of pursuing a career in music while stuttering will be discussed amongst them.
Outcomes
It is expected that contextualizing living with stuttering while pursuing a career in music will highlight intersections of experience that may not be readily apparent. It is also expected that through conversation, these intersections will also be simple to empathize with due to inherent similarities in living with stuttering.
About the presenters
Chad Feehan
Chad Feehan is a St. John's-based interdisciplinary musician, artist, writer, and person-with-stutter. Chad performs bass in Liz Fagan Band as one of two people in the group who stutter.
