Join us as we explore the ultimate feel-good combination: laughter and yoga. This group workshop provides an introduction to intentional exercise involving movement and yoga breathing to promote voluntary laughter. Through initially “faking” laughter, the connection between breathing and vocalizing is explored in a fun way. The various activities lead to true laughter which in turn, can reduce stress and anxiety. You will leave this workshop feeling refreshed, with a smile on your face and a new skill.
