Welcome to the Canadian Stuttering Association website. The CSA is a national not-for-profit organization that is committed to offering an impartial forum for the sharing of information, to speak as advocates for Canadians who stutter, and to the promotion of greater acceptance of people who stutter by educating the public about the condition of stuttering. 2011 is the 20th year that the CSA has been helping people who stutter.
We are pleased to report that the response to our upcoming conference has been beyond our expectations! In fact, with almost 90 people currently registered we are approaching our cutoff limit. It is possible the event will sell out, so if you are planning on attending, it would be wise to register in advance. Building on the success of our mini-conference last year, this will be a special occasion to get together with people who stutter, their families and friends, students and speech-language pathologists. We are lucky to feature our keynote speaker, author Katherine Preston, who will be speaking and leading a workshop. More information here!
